Class of 2031 (8th Grade): Important Field Study Update and Summer Fundraising 

Dear Rising 8th Grade Families,

We are happy to share some great news. Thanks to continued support from the JH Team,  Clark Montessori Foundation and our Clark community, this year's Fall Camp fee has been reduced from $160 to $135 per student.

Fall Camp Fees and Payment Information:

Amount Due: $135
Due Date: Friday, August 21, 2026

Payment Options:

OPTION 1: Pay Ahead - Families can make optional summer payments to get ahead on all fall expenses or spread the cost of Fall Camp over several months through GiveButter. Please use the link for your student's junior high community below. Pending on your payment choice, a small transaction fee may apply. 

OPTION 2: Pay in August - Beginning August 19, families may make payments online through Focus or directly by cashier's check or money order in the Clark Montessori School main office.

OPTION 3: Pay It Forward - Each dollar paid over the Fall Camp fee will offer support for another family in your community. 

Applying Individual Fundraising Funds:

Funds raised through individual fundraising efforts may be applied toward the Fall Camp fee.  If using GiveButter, see instructions below on how to apply those fees. 

Pay Ahead through GiveButter:

After choosing your amount, “Leave a message” with your student’s name and how much you want to allocate from individual fundraising efforts not yet applied to your student’s account. You can select to hide this message from public view. 

NEW THIS YEAR! Summer Fundraising Opportunities: 

In the Montessori tradition, fundraising is about more than raising money. It gives students the opportunity to build responsibility, confidence, and ownership while helping make field study experiences possible. 

FUEL MY PLANE ADOPT-A_BOX- LINKED HERE and attached to this email. A simple way to invite friends and family to support your student's field study experience. Share your personalized fundraising page by text, email, or social media and collect contributions electronically. The Payment link is connected to a QR code on the flyer and also LINKED HERE.

ODD JOBS BINGO CARD - LINKED HERE and attached to this email. Students can earn their way toward field studies by completing household or neighborhood jobs for friends, family, and neighbors. The Bingo Card offers ideas and suggested pricing, but students are encouraged to use their own creativity and skills as well. Any job can be paid for using the QR code, and all proceeds will be credited to your student's Clark Montessori Foundation fundraising account. The Payment link is connected to a QR code on the flyer and also LINKED HERE.
